I've been using this during the work from home order on a very uncomfortable metal chair and it's made the experience so much better. It's firm but comfortable, and has adjustable straps on both the X & Y planes which make it very convenient for fitting any type of chair. The straps could be slightly more easy to use, at least the smaller ones, but overall the setup is incredibly easy.

It's firm and hugs your sides like a bucket seat, though I'm not a large person. The edges may not feel good to someone with a wide back. But as soon as I sat against it, I felt immediate relief. It is a thick cushion though, so I lose some butt room in my small chair. My chair also doesn't recline even a little so I really can't lean back into this cushion. It feels like a posture correction thing for me. It was clearly made for larger chairs in mind, because I have the straps as tight as they can get and even left the slack sticking out so the straps would be able to hold the cushion in place.

Product does what it is supposed to without being too rigid or forcing you into an awkward position. It is actually pretty comfortable and has helped with my lower back pain if I sit too long. It comes with 2 extra small (like 4in) straps with buckles. I was able to use these to get it to sit on my task chair well

This was a perfect addition to my chair, it is really comfortable, not too stiff and hard and not too soft that I just sink in. It really helps me relax and lay back , I love it!

I'm noticing a lot of back, shoulder and neck pain as I'm at my computer more during quarantine. I bought a new chair, same problems. So I bought this cushion. I was in the middle of a 2 hour Zoom training when it came and immediately slapped it on my chair. It's soooo comfortable and I'm feeling less stress in my back immediately. I'll have to see if it's super hot (as memory foam usually is) but my initial impression is very positive.

I purchased this back support pad for my office chair. It was easy to install by clipping it on and adjusting the straps to fit my chair and back. It is super comfortable and fits my back well. Would highly recommend.

Great back support product. Only problem was with the straps- They are a bit tough to manipulate. Good product however!

So comfy helps my posture and straps adjust perfectly And makes working home so awesomely pain free.
