Okay
It does work. Don't get me wrong. The only reason why I give it three star is because it does not attract a lot of flies like I thought it would or other insect as expected but it does work.

No warranty, no on-off switch, but good price
The Instruction Manual states "Includes One Year Warranty" ... but the registration website address has expired. Therefore, No "one year warranty"?Stil awaiting its first bug zap. No switch - must plug/unplug to turn device ON / OFF(My previous, original HOONT worked quite well, but the loud SNAP when a bug got zapped scared... my dog. Hopefully this model will be less noisy)UPDATE:Added an additional star. The zapper seems to be working well. It zapped a fair number of small flying insects (gnats?) quietly ... and left them in the bottom container. So far, so good.

To Kill A Bug Dead Machine
Iam satisfied with the operation of this machine! It has exceeded my expectations of getting rid of those pesky big and little bugs! Thanks for the creation of this machine!

Not enough power
It works but not great. I watch moths walk right around on the screen that's supposed to zap them. You can tell by the sound when they do gat zapped it's not very high powered. It was ok for the money but it's not going to really do the job that people whom buy a big zapper want it to do.

Smallest flies it won't kill
I bought this, nice little package. UV LED's should last longer than expensive bulbs. If you want this to kill small fruit flies, don't buy it. The spacing between the electrical wires are to large, The flies go right thru and just dance around the LED lighting. It will kill larger flying bugs but I needed the fruit flies gone and it won't kill them.

Zap-Zap-Zap
I bought this to replace a dead bug light that was 40 years old. I am using it to get rid of flies and other flying insets that get into my equipment building. Set it up, plugged it in and shut off the lights and came back two weeks later to find the bottom tray full of flies. Easy to remove and to dump. The only Con is that you cannot really get in to access the grid to clean it.

It works
Nice, it kills the flys without violent explosion popping noises

Simply doesn't work
Very disappointing. We replaced our Aspectek bug zapper with this after it died at age 7. Liked the idea of LED lights instead of the Aspectek's slightly pricey replaceable bulbs.I don't know if bugs ignore the LED light, or if the high voltage grid on my unit is just dead. Either way - this zapped ZERO bugs in one week of use. I replaced it with a Liba zapper (basically the same as our old Aspectek) and its tray has half a dozen dead knats and mosquitos on it after the first 24 hours.
