Microsoft XBOX 360 Kinect Sensor

Works as expected.

First, I would like to say that with 36 years of IT experience, I understand that things happen. Now to the review...I received the sensor from SupremeDealsCR and hooked it up. It worked for about 7 hours and then died. Some troubleshooting indicated that the sensor camera had stopped working. Per the enclosed documentation, I contacted Max at SupremeDealsCR rather than contacting Amazon. All I can say is SupremeDealsCR has amazing customer support. I had very fast and positive interaction with them and they quickly sent me a replacement sensor (2 days). I ran the sensor for about 12 hours incident free. Max contacted me the following day with a follow-up to ensure that everything was functioning properly and that I was happy with the support. Thank you Max and SupremeDealsCR! It is rare to find such fantastic customer service.

The sensor would turn on and the light was green, but when I went to play a game the kinect sensor would not register. The Kinect sensor would point to the ground, the light changed to an orange-red color and the game shut down due to the device not working. It did have a couple of scratches but nothing signifying that the device itself was inoperable.

it was a great purchase. remember there are different sellers. there is a small scratch but its fine. the description of the product states that there is NOT an adapter for pc/og xbox 360.no cable damage and everything else is fine. i have not been able to use it because the adapter has not arrived yet. i will update my review when i can test it.UPDATE:Tested it and works like a charm

Purchased a xbox 360 kinect that was labeled "very good" condition. It's really scratched up and very dirty. If there is a place on this device for yucky stuff to get stuck in over the years, it's definitely filled with it. Gross. Gag. However, it works for what it was intended to do. I will be detailing the thing today with gloves on.

I haven't played with this much as it was a Christmas gift for my 17 year old son.I have heard my wife and him in giggling and laughing while playing games with it though and he has repeatedly stated how it is the coolest thing that he didn't even know he wanted.It allows for voice commands to the XBox and I hear him telling the XBox to do things all the time. Its usually the first thing he shows off to his friends when they come over.This one was refurbished and so far it has worked flawlessly. It was a great buy for the kid that has everything.
