Great home gym bag
I bought this for my boyfriend who is a professional MMA fighter for his home gym. It is mounted to our wall and he loves it! It is a bit hard, however it has stayed attached to the wall and he gets a good training session with each use! I highly recommend!

this is the perfect wall mount bag. As you can see my daughter can use it and its awesome for practicing hooks and uppercut along with jabs and power punches!

very little padding.
another reviewer stated that there was not enough padding.... I did not understand what that meant until I recieved the product. it's basically a box with a very thin layer of padding around it. you would be better served to get the windy city bag for a hundred more. EDIT... Im upgrading to a 3... after discovering the real value in this piece of equipment... it's much better than I originally thought. still..... if you want one with a lot of padding, go with the windy city.
