Kenda Kwest, Tire, 700x25C, Wire, Clincher, 30TPI, Black

My friend had his wheels stolen, so I needed new tires and wheels. I originally got Continental foldable tires but they were too slick for our wet and rainy streets. Then, I found these. These have a wire bead that makes them easier to mount correctly, they fit super easily, not even requiring tire irons, the tread channels water to the rear near the road surface very well and is quite grippy. They are still reasonably lightweight, only a few grams more than the Continentals. I don't think there is another tire that can master the streets of Portland so well at this price point. I might get a pair for myself... and I've been running Schwalbe!

I have used these tires on all our bikes for years. They wear better than any others and are well priced.

Nice tread pattern, good grip on cornersthey handle rough pavement well too.

This was the worst bike timre I ever purchased it lasted 1 month 1 week. .this was ridiculous .the tubes that were purchased as well were terrible. blow out holes couldn't repair.Very dissatisfied customer.

I ride my bike a few times a week. The kenda tire holds up well and is pretty light! Ever since it bought mine, if only had to refill the air once so far. I highly recommend this tire for anyone riding a fixie gear bike and who is looking for a cheap , strong, lasting tire.

works as described. I had an old worn out tire that needed replacement. I ordered this and it looks great! it can be difficult to get tube inside of the tire, but if you are experienced in changing bike tubes you should have no issue!

I scored these on sale... mounted one on arrival... they'll work just fine. Have same tirein 26x1.5" which shows NO wear in the first 400 miles. The Kena Kwest is a sleeper valuein bike tires.In 700x25 boils to this: add anther 80-100 grs in weight.. that is mostly tread layer on this tire.

After 150 miles on the tires, I have a bulge around on both tires, I used the proper air pressure and so dissapointed that I wasted my hard earned $$$ on this piece of junk product. If I had the time to return this I would have but unfortunately, my return window has expired on Amazon. Stay away from this item, you have been warned...
