WARPED SCOOP
The shovels scoop arrived terribly warped and wouldn't lay anything near flat against the ground. Whoever packaged this should not have done so because it was sooo obviously bent beyond being usable. Well...I have gobs of snow and needed it to work right now! So I filled my big sink with hot water and soaked the scoop until I could reshape it by bending it over the edge of the counter top a bunch of times to straighten it. Then I set heavy stuff inside the scoop so it would remain flat on the counter to cool. The scoop is now straight and flat...thanks to my extra effort. The handle went on easily. It shovels snow very well.

Solid, but not super strong
Decent value for the price, but it definitely can't handle heavy snow or any ice. The blade is all plastic. Only use for fresh snow.

Useful and Handy
Better balance than regular snow shovels for moving thicker and wetter snow.

Hated it but discovered I LOVE it!,
The media could not be loaded. Bought this to clear our composite patios but it doesn’t clear a smooth path. I was very disappointed BUT, I then went to move a couple feet of snow so that my husband could push it with our plow. I literally moved so much snow way faster than ever before! And I could just drag it instead of having to ruin my back carrying it! So didn’t work for what I originally bought it for but it works awesome to move large amounts of snow! And it’s made in the USA!

If you buy more than one
I bought three of these to remove snow, it's only mid- August. While the shovels appear to be sturdy, if you buy more than one, the manufactures hole drilling is not uniform. It took me a few minutes to realize assembly of the shovel required the exact handle for the shovel. They all look alike but not drilled the same. One was off about a half inch and another the hole (handle) had to be forcibly twisted to get the last hole to match up... Assembly was disappointing. There were three bolts and two nuts. Fortunately, still had the five-foot-long box they came in. It was loose in the box.

almost perfect
the shovel is lightweight and durable. the only thing wrong with MY shovel is two very small grooves of snow are left because the scoop portion of the shovel is not flat.

Mine was defective, had to return it.
Leading edge was deformed, returned it before using it.
