One of the most effective tools for anxiety I've ever read.
I used this book for my own generalized anxiety disorder. I first thought, wow, 101 Ways to Stop Anxiety! Well, probably they will not all apply to me. I managed to find a wealth of information in each and every page of this book - literally! It is one of those books you will refer to over and over again, but like all things, you must be mindful and practice them. Take it from a long-time anxiety sufferer, these words of wisdom work!!

Wonderful resource
I thought this was an excellent book. So many of the techniques just make sense if you'll take the time to develop them. I found the book enormously helpful. Hats off to the author.

Sadly didn't work for my dog
Did not work for my dog. She spit out even when wrapped in her favorite cheese.
