Just great for a little or alot of support
Love these belts , Im short waisted so this makes a back brace for me. My husband wears his lower for sacroiliacbelt. We wish we had known about them years ago. I have to wear mine to bed ,he wears his to work and we have a spare at home to wear doing strenuous projects like shoveling snow. Great suppor without covering too much of your core and over heating you

Like a miracle!
My sciatic pain stopped as soon as I got the belt adjusted properly! The Velcro straps cling too tightly to the material and were almost impossible to unfasten the first day but work better now. The pain relief is like a miracle! After decades of sciatic nerve misery, two back surgeries, and countless chiropractor treatments, I found this magical idea in a YouTube video. I'm already telling my friends about this.

Had no benefit from wearing
Quality was ok and shipping and price reasonable but both my wife and I found it did nothing to release SI hip pain.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. I got it for my mom because of sciatica pain but it didn't work very well for her. The fit was good but it didn't work as she'd hoped
