Great customer support after setbacks
I bought 2 of these laptops - excellent specs for our office needs. Unfortunately both laptops developed different issues within 18 months (1 x software issue the other was HDD failure). Crucially I am pleased to report that MESH / NMD PC were extremely helpful an responsive and all issues have been addressed and resolved speedily with excellent communications.

A lovely gift
This was a gift for my Granddaughter and she will be thrilled with it I know. My apologies for my earlier feedback as I was unaware that the delivery had been made to Woodstock. Thankfully a call from the seller has put everything right and I appreciate it very much, Please use them they are a small business and trying to make a living in this difficult world. Excellent everyday laptop
This Lenovo laptop is ideal for everyday business or home use. Its styling is simple and it's very black, the emphasis being on usefulness, not beauty. It is worth buying a cordless mouse, and an external disk for backup, too. Windows 10 setup is straightforward and you can load your apps and programs, uninstall the Windows crapware (not Lenovo's fault), and you are ready to go. With 8GB of memory and a 500GB SSD, the performance was distinctly snappy for a laptop in this price range. Heartily recommended.

Good basic laptop.
I was so impressed with this laptop that I thought I would write a review on the day I received the computer and set it up. As far as setting it up went, I entered the email address that I use on my desktop and it took over and replicated all the information I needed from my main computer. It loaded up very quickly and is quite a fast action when running programs. Much better than I expected for the price with a 500 Gb SSD. Should there be any drastic changes I will update this review.

Only useful if kept near a charger .

Good laptop
Good laptop but battery doesn't last long & fan is a bit noisy at times. Excellent storage capacity & works fast. Recommend for a office/school laptop.

Lenova laptop are good
Laptop battery doesn't hold its battery life for very long it's a good laptop. Just the battery can I have a replacement battery?
