This is easy to set up and great to improve your reactions and accuracy but it's not designed for heavy hitting.After a coupe of weeks of use the head first ripped and then completely fell off.I contacted the manufacturer and I received a new head and spring in a couple of days which is much smoother than the original, so I cannot fault their excellent customer service.The temptation is to hit this as hard you can but I would reserve that sort of use for a punchbag or a Bob.

Purchased this bag from a supplier in the UK. I have to say i was disappointed with the instructions which suggested for best results fill it with sand. There was no mention of the type of sand you should use and i have tried to get the sand through what is a very small hole in the base. This has been very difficult to do and the result has been that the sand has gotten into the screws in the base so i now cannot put it together!!!! IMO it would have been much easier and better to just fill it with water.Following this i wrote to the company and their service was incredible and they sent me a replacement base and screws. Honestly some of the best service i have ever had so i had to edit this review!!! They still suggest filling with sand as they said its more stable.

Very disappointed with this! The hight change bolt rattled around almost instantly, now the foam heads just fallen off.For the price I was excited to invest in my gym with this, but it’s been nothing but a let down from day one.

Arrived fast, great product, easy to set up and feels great.
