NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative, 11 oz

My husband and I are currently trying to change our eating habits and have basically cut out sugar and salt from our diet, which meant really bland foods. This has been amazing in giving our foods some flavor back as we were both really struggling with that. This no salt sodium free salt comes in an 11-ounce container that can be used to sprinkle the food on your place or get by the spoonful if you are cooking. Serving size for this is 1/4 teaspoon and each serving has around 640mg of potassium - which is great because as adults we all need around 4700mg of potassium anyway. Even so, this is a supplement and we do try to limit our intake of this as we would prefer to get most of our nutrients from food. Overall, this has been a great find and we are very happy with it!

I like that this no salt formula is the best that I have tried. I have not used a salt shaker at the table for many years. This brand is a close as you will get to the real thing. I would recommend this.

Takes about a week to fully get used to using this versus salt. But after that it didn't seem different or weird. Helped get blood pressure down a little too. Cheaper than other alternatives. Used in just about everything salt would be used for after getting used to it.

My boyfriend has congestive heart failure. This product is a must so he can enjoy his food. I recommend this product for anyone with medical issues that require a low salt or no salt diet.

Top seal was peeled off and two thirds of product missing. Will not use due to possible contamination. So sorry, my bad. Product ok and will use it. Got it mixed up with old container.

My husband has swelling/sodium/heart issues in his family and after they had some of my cooking were concerned for his health. I purchased this in an effort to assuage their worries. So far I do feel like he has had less swelling after I use this “salt” in our meals opposed to the sea salt I had used before. No one has noticed it actually tasting any different than regular salt. I plan on continuing to purchase this in place of our usual sea salt and recommend to those with salt/swelling problems.

Tried this product to replace salt in my diet. Did not like it. Went back to using spices instead. If you are looking for a salt like taste this is not it.

A great substitute for salt it tastes like salt I use a little extra. Great for anyone who's on a low sodium diet.
