We bought two - they are very comfortable, look really cool, and we are pleased with them. However, they are a real pig to assemble. With over 40 screws to be inserted and tightened, it took well over 2 hours per bed. Allen keys are provided but we thought we could use our electric drill attachment to speed things up - it was no use at all as the drill itself gets in the way, there is no real room for manoeuvre. Still, now they are done we are pleased we chose them.

Not the easiest construction but ony 2/3 hours on my own. Very sturdy and comfortable and can be moved by one person.I ordered two, the second had one fauty component and some missing screws, however, their after sales service was excellent and all replaced within a few days.

Well.....I have never had to deal with something that has drained my life so much. It is absolutely the worst thing I have even had to build and I've built a lot bigger and more challenging than this. This is just awkward and nasty to build. I love putting things together but not this chair. However, once it was done, it was extremely comfortable. First rain fall we had we noticed slight rust appearing so may be worth covering it. On delivery one of our two chairs missed out bolts and pillow and the support team were great, they didn't want it sent back like a lot of places do. They just sent us out what was missing. Superb customer service.

Bought two in black & they look super smart & classy on my manicured lawn. They are exceptionally comfortable & the recline feature & head pillow make them perfect for R&R in the garden. However, putting them together...oh dear. My extremely knowledgable & experienced hubby, who is in the building trade wanted to throw the 2nd bed in the skip! The 1st one was tricky with parts appearing as though they would not fit & screws & holes not aligning & it took the two of us a good while to, quite literally, force it together! But the 2nd one! It was as though the frame were twisted. So all the the difficulties encountered with the 1st bed were exacerbated with the 2nd & tried both our patience to the max. This one took over 2 hours! Having come home from work & thought he'd quickly put them together while dinner was cooking & then both lounge with a G&T on the lawn, it was dark by the time we had eaten! However, they are fantastic to use & look fantastic & we have had many compliments. Thank goodness we read the reviews & were prepared or we would have sent them back thinking they were faulty. Have to add, they were a bargain price. So as long as you are handy with DIY, can follow very basic instructions & can adapt & replace certain fittings eg. longer screws etc, I think I can recommend them (but I'm sure my hubby wouldn't if he were writing this review)!!!

Sturdy bed. Allen keys were a bit flimsy but we managed. Not very good at building furniture but the instructions were well laid out.

I bought two of these for the family to use, thinking they were very reasonably priced. As mentioned by some of the other reviewers assembly was a bit of a pain and the instructions were basic, to say the least. One lounger went together in a reasonably straightforward manner (although very few of the holes lined up directly) but the other was a complete nightmare, nothing lined up, the threads on the captive nuts were damaged and I ended up have to drill out the supplied bolts and replace them, and the washers supplied were too small to prevent the heads of the bolts being pulled through the holes in the metal members. The fundamental design fault with these is that the fabric that forms the bed is under such tension that it takes considerable force to pull the bolts that hold it in place up tight. The supplied washers are simply not man enough to take the forces involved in this process and had to be replaced. However, even after getting both loungers assembled the problems continued as the fabric sections started to pull out of the slots in the side members that hold them. This happened on both loungers over time and finally on one of them the whole section of pulled out on one side. The other is now doing the same thing, and just over a month after we received them they are effectively useless. Maybe I was just unlucky and got a couple of units that were manufactured last thing on a Friday, but based on my experience I would strongly advise anyone to spend a little more and buy a better quality item.

I found it easy enough to assemble, although some reviewers found assembling the material onto the frame hard to stretch. It wasnt too bad given you can put all the screws in loosely first then tighten it all up equally. Very comfy, looks very nice and overall very pleased with the product although only had it a few days.

The service from this company was super, I had regular updates on the delivery date and time. The quality and precision is excellent as is the whole lounger. Really sturdy and well made. I am delighted. Little complex to put together as there are a number of components which are not labled only A, B, C etc but once you get to grips with it is all pretty simple. Would highly recommend

Es muy incómodo su montaje por el excaso espacio para girar la llave y apretar las tuercas. Además las 3 últimas piezas me han llegado defectuosas por lo que después de 2 horas montando ahora tengo que devolverla y perder otras 2 horas desmontando.Además creo que no sería muy resistente, ni al peso, ni al paso del tiempo, ni a que esté en exterior, bajo sol o lluvia. NO lo recomiendo y a ver qué pasa ahora con la devolución.

Der Aufbau ist sehr kompliziert bzw ist die Beschreibung sehr mangelhaft. Wichtige Hinweise für die Fertigstellung fehlten. Ohne Hilfe des Kundenservices wäre es mir nicht möglich gewesen, das Bett fertig zu stellen..

Das zusammenbauen dauert.. Sehr viele Schrauben.... Ansonsten sehr gute und schöne Sonnenliege

Ottimo prodotto, comodissime ed eleganti. Ci vuole un oretta per montarle e le indicazioni non sono molto chiare, ma alla fine il risultato è ottimo. Consiglio di montarle con un avvitatore con punta esagonale.
