I am a retired police officer of 30 years and have been exposed to loud noises throughout my entire career. I have suffered from tinnitus for many years and need a noise machine in order to sleep which only helps so much. I struggle sleeping and maybe get 3 to 4 hours a night if I am lucky. The first night I took Lucid Hearing PM it put me out within an hour and I had the best sleep in years. I wasn’t sure if it was real so I continued to take it every night for the past week and I can confirm that this product really works. I am still using my sound machine but I am sleeping through the night and waking up with less ringing in my ear. I am so relieved to have found Lucid Hearing PM. I wish I knew about this years ago.

The product helped me get to sleep, but I still woke up an hour too early each morning. The "Lucid Hearing PM" title is misleading. After a month of using it I found that it was no help whatsoever in lessening my tinnitus, which was just as loud and annoying as ever. A review of Lucid Hearing PM's ingredients revealed that it is nothing like its sister product "Lucid Hearing's" ingredients. If you buy it, buy it only to help you get to sleep.

I didn’t see any difference for me

UPDATE 8/26/20: I HAVE BEEN USING THE PRODUCT ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW AND IT DEFINITELY WORKS AS A SLEEP AID. DOES NOT HELP THE TINNITUS ITSELF BUT DEFINITELY HELPS ME FALL AND STAY ASLEEP. During the day, with the tv or radio on and being engaged in something, I can live with the tinnitus. But when I lay down at night, even with a fan on for white noise, the tinnitus is just screaming. I either can't get to sleep until 3:00 or later, or if I wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 I can't get back to sleep. With this product, taken as directed 30 minutes before retiring, I find I am falling asleep within 30 minutes, and even if I wake up during the night to use the restroom I am falling back asleep. I am getting a full night's sleep, and I am not groggy when I wake up. It is not doing anything to "relieve" the tinnitus (I've been taking it a little over a week) but I'm able to sleep at night!!!

I've been taking the Lucid Hearing PM for two months. I am a sort of satisfied with that I could sleep better at night after taking two pills. However, I noticed today several pills changed the color into dark and brown. Is it normal???

I have tinnitus, and have tried Tinnitus 911, Ring Free and Silence Solution for 60-90 days each with no real help with the ringing or aiding in falling asleep. I basically have accepted the fact that I will have to live with tinnitus, and I can deal with it during the day for the most part. However, when it's time to go to sleep, tinnitus can make this difficult.I have used this product for about 2-3 weeks now, and can say that it does help me fall asleep faster. I have also noticed a slight decrease in the ringing. I will continue to use this product. I'd recommend giving it a try!

There is something that is working for me and I think its better sleep to stop my ringing. This works for me. I only take one pill at night as it contains too much melatonin for me with two pills. I was groggy the next day with two..Definately worth trying at least for a week. I tried it at first and it did nothing on the first night, after about a week it began to help both in a better nights sleep and the ringing in my ear.

This doesn’t really work....for me. It neither quiets down the noise in my ears, nor does it help me to sleep. I was really hoping this would be thing that finally worked, but alas no.
