Drove my blood pressure through the roof on day one. Constant anxiety, feeling of dread, trouble sleeping, just a bad experience all around. With that being said, I'm sure many people have had positive results with this product. For me, it was pretty bad. Actually dangerous. I stopped taking it.

I bought this to help me try to lose weight but after about 15-20 days of seeing no results, I stopped taking them. It may just be a product that doesnt work with by body type, I am unsure.

This product just finally convinced me that there is nothing to replace portion control and exercise.

I originally purchased this because of all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with this vitamin as others did. I didn’t notice an increase in energy and I don’t think it helped with appetite control. I might try the other form of weight management vitamin this company has but, as of now, I would not repurchase this product. I am giving it two stars instead of one because it didn’t have a bad after taste.

I noticed a difference with this product. It curbed my appetite and I didn’t crave sugar as much. I lost five lbs easy.

Truth is that the corona lockdown had me tuck in to a lot of food during the day while sitting at home. The first thing I noticed about this product was that it did curb that fake hunger feeling that would have me leap up to the fridge. I was also concerned it would make me jittery. But it didn’t.

So - I have been trying this for two weeks. Not a lot of weight loss but i somewhat feel the need to eat less. Will update after a month.I have also consciously started eating healthy - except one cheat day on Sunday!
