My husband makes a dip with mayo and sour cream and it’s a hit!!!

The product is a great one however when you buy in bulk you expect you have some time to use all of the product before it expires. Not the case here since I just received it and it will expire in 2 months. So if you plan to use it all immediately then great but if not I would suggest buying elsewhere.

I have been buy this ever since I found out this is the secret ingredient for Haagen's Chilie Con Queso dip. I only buy it once a year because it comes in a case and I split it between my brother and my daughter. It's pretty spendy by the case but you get a lot of dry mix. The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is because this batch that was sent to me, expires on the 22nd OF THIS MONTH! I didn't catch that when it was first shipped. It was after I opened it and wrote on the containers that I noticed the expiration date. That really socks since it will take me a year to use it. I would have sent it back if I would've caught the date.
