Excellent customer service on their behalf and as I said the device is as I expected it.I wasn't expecting top quality for the price and it didn't disappoint.The zoom is surprisingly good but the adjustment on the ocular isn't calibrated on mine with the + and - so it's guesswork, no biggy though. The build quality seems reasonable for the price bracket, doesn't feel loose when you adjust the zoom and it's quite chunky with rubber coating all over, but I doubt it would stand up to much banging and dropping.If you have any type of case on your mobile phone forget about using the adaptor, which is pretty flimsy plastic, but that's more or less standard on these things. It's not brilliant even with the case removed but does allow you to take pictures but they can be a bit wobbly if you're not using the tripod. Trial and error is the order of the day. Similar with the tripod, it would work better indoors/in a hide but would struggle outside exposed to the elements.But I bought this as a cheap tool to be used mostly by the kids when on walks, rather than bringing my proper, and rather bulky, binoculars. If I get a year or two out of it that would be fine for the price. If I wanted one mostly for me to use, I'd save up and buy something of higher quality.

Very poor quality this item arrived today and looks like it is 2nd hand. Save your money and buy a better quality one. I have a Go Sky one that is much better quality with much clearer magnification...... not worth the money.I am returning this product.

I have never returned anything to Amazon so fast!First, the good news. The monocular does seem to work well. The screw fitting for the tripod does seem to be suitable for full sized tripods and a pistol grip that I have for my digital camera. The screw fitting also attaches the wrist strap for the monocular and that has to be unscrewed to fir the tripod.Now the bad news, there are no instructions on how to assemble the smart phone adapter so you MUST use the instructions on the item page on Amazon. The adapter does not fit very well and is very unstable and is very fiddly to align with the camera. Touching the phone to take a photo causes the camera to move as the adapter is only attached by a rigid plastic cup that fits over the rubber eyepiece.Finally, have a look at the two attached photos. You will see identical photos of our bird table. \One using the monocular, supposedly 16x magnification, the other using my iPhone 6S on full digital magnification. Both show the table apprximately the same size when viewed on my PC but, according to Apple, the 6S only has 5x magnification. Also, the monocular has an image filling only part of the picture.This will be returned to Amazon tomorrow as it is unsuitable for what I wanted.

Accessories were poor quality, tripod didn't screw properly into monocular because rubber was covering half the hole. Had to kinda force tripod in resulting in the threading on screws wearing out after 2 uses.The Monocular itself is ok, feels strong ..... it's a low value and you get what you pay for.Not that it's important but there are lots of spelling mistakes on the box itself..... this tells you a lot about the professionalism of the company.Edit: The company got in touch after seeing my review. They were extremely helpful, took note of criticism and offered to make things right. Excellent customer service.

I brought this to accompany my passion for different photography styles. The theory is great but the product isn't so good. The tripod doesn't actually fit on the scope so that bit has gone in the bin, the hand strap now won't fit as I've been trying to put the tripod on the scope and the rubber is stretched, so that bit has gone in the bin too.The scope itself is good. But it can't be used the way I brought it believing I could use it.

Seller was quick and efficient to refund my money. Overall the product is good. The telescope is heavy and at the present is not suitable to walk around with a iPhone in your hand. The bracket that holds the telescope isn’t strong enough and is not a snug fit from the lens of the telescope to the lens of iPhone. If this was resolved and the telescope was a lot lighter. The product would be good item to buy. Because it’s not a snug fit you have to hold the telescope with your hand to the iPhone so you don’t get excess light coming in to destroy your photo.

I was very disappointed with this product, poor quality, the tripod does not screw in correctly and focus is terrible. Save your money buy a better quality product.
