Antique Dragonfly Gear Steampunk Pin - Zinc Alloy Pin with Dragonfly and Gear Design

This is a great Steampunk-style dragonfly pin or brooch. It has a bronze finish, and the center of its body has a series of gears, as if it's a mechanical dragonfly. It's the perfect addition for your Steampunk costume---just pin it onto your jabot or cravat, or your jacket lapel. Personally, I'm planning to pin it onto my Victorian bonnet.One thing I should mention is the dragonfly has little indentations all over it, as if it was meant to be jeweled. This is a great opportunity to embellish or decorate your pin! Buy some 2mm and 3mm flat-back rhinestones and glue them into the indentations for a sparkly dragonfly!Five stars because I can't find anything wrong with this product. Recommended for anyone who is planning to dress up in a Steampunk costume---especially if you love dragonflies or mechanical insects.

Very cool pin and very durable for the price. It looks far more expensive than it actually was. We purchased this as a lapel pin for my husband's vest, for the costume that he'll be wearing to the Edwardian Ball in SF this year. It looks awesome with the vest. We're very pleased. Steampunk stuff is pretty expensive, even just the costume grade stuff. So its really refreshing to find something that looks expensive but actually cost very little. I highly recommend this.

Poor quality item, item looks nice from the picture in the book but is made of cheap material. The first time I use the pin, it broke. I would not suggest to anyone to order this item. Good delivery time and was well packaged. This item did not meet my expectations at all.

This pin was a gift for my friend Stephanie so qe could adorn our top hats with a prominent steam punk pin :D we both agreed it would be awesome if the cogs actually moved though it may have made the pin more fragile we don't know lol.The back of the pin does bend and that worried me a little maybe if it was a bit thicker? Stephanie still loves her dragonfly regardless ^.^

It was very beautiful to my eyes until I saw that it was broken. The 2 wings that was on the pin clamps was broken off. It was way to fragile for me to hot glue it.....so I decided to got glue it to a black hat, you could not tell it was broken and its stuck on it for good. I will never buy something this fragile again unless I'm guaranteed safe delivery.

This pin is so much nicer than I had expected. It's got some weight to it and looks great! It arrived quickly. I'm so glad I bought it. I got this for my Halloween costume and will definitely be keeping it to use after.
