I received this bag yesterday and it is beautiful and near perfect. I travel almost every week for work and have had many a carry on bag but this one takes the cake. The wheels move and rotate like a hot knife on butter. The handle is steady...pulls and retracts with ease. Most carryons I have had to pull on carpet or rough surface, not this one. Had it's first airport run last night and I am truly impressed!! It is spacious for its size. Beautiful bag overall!

I was unsure about this luggage when ordering, but liked the look and overall reviews. I have now taken it on multiple flights, thrown it in multiple Ubers, and rolled it through sidewalks, cobblestone, and gravel, and it still is going well. I like the simple, sleek look of it and the extra travel bags that come with it. I never need all the different bags but I do like the options. Others have mentioned that this luggage scratches easily, and while mine does have a few marks on it, they are not very noticeable. I expect it to get knocked around, and the last of my concerns is if it has a scratch from traveling across the country. The zippers and wheels feel like high quality as well. It's easy enough to slide into an overhead compartment, and if I have to valet check my bag because the plane is too small, it is an easily recognizable bag that I can grab and be on my way after they get them off the plane.

I travel about 34 weekends out of the year and have been through many suitcases. I bought this one at the beginning of last year and it has been on more than 34 trips, both domestic and overseas, and minus a few wear and tear marks (which, let's face it, you cannot avoid on the airlines) it is just as sturdy as the first day I used it. The outside is tough and has been thrown in the belly or more than a few planes and overseas travel. The zippers are smooth and strong, I can't believe how much I can pack in this thing and not explode it lol. The wheels are so smooth, almost too smooth. If you don't have you hand on it, it will try to travel by itself at times. This inside material and zippers are top notch. both Sides have a full zippered flap instead of the typical cross straps you see and they work like compression cubes. Great suitcase and when and if I ever need another I will be coming back for this one

I have had this bag now for almost two years. First off let me say this is the best carryon bag I have had in three decades of using carryons. The style, fit, finish, function, and feel all are really great. Super functional, rolls like a dream and super durable. I normally do not review a lot of products unless there is a reason to. I felt I had to stand up for this company. I was forced to check this bag on a flight from Asia back home. It was snowy and cold out and I changed planes so I think my bag might of sat out in the freezing weather and then was treated bad and it broke. One of the sides had a big crack in it. I had this thing for over a hear and a half so I was not too hopeful but I read the reviews to see and many said they would not fix issues but I figured what the heck Ill ask. I sent in pictures and described what happened and without anything more they said ok, new bag coming your way. Less than a week later I had my new bag ready to go on the next trip. I say this often but I truly mean it. You really find out about a friend, coworker or company not by the good things but when things go wrong. I can tell you they really stepped up without any resistance or pushback just simply asking. Huge shout out to Level8 for that. They have become my bag of choice from here on out. Great Company, Great Product!!!!

Bought two of the 24" suitcases for myself and my husband in both black and light blue. Was in love when they arrived; great wheel movement, sturdy handle, good storage space (I particularly liked that the mesh inside the suitcase could zipper over both sides to hold my things in place). Unfortunately the suitcase did not hold up. When we got off our first international flight I noticed one of the side bumpers had fallen off, exposing two sharp and dangerous screws (I'm assuming the screws that hold the bumper in place). Needless to say this made the rest of my trip very dicey. We were rolling these suitcases all over Japan, down cobble stone streets, on and off trains and I had to be so careful not to lacerate myself. Super scary and highly disappointing. I anticipated having some staining due to the light color of the suitcase but should not have had pieces falling off on the FIRST FLIGHT. For the price point and promises of "luxury" quality, the suitcase did not hold up. Spend your money else were.

I purchased the carry-on size in army green color for holiday travel. It included the 4 packing cubes which I found especially helpful since the suitcase itself doesn’t have as many store away compartments (compared to other carry-ons).With those cubes and the 2 main zipper compartments in the suite case, I managed a Jean jacket, a pair of Doc Martens combat boots, another pair of knee-high boots, clothes for a 4-night stay, and toiletries. The initial zip-up was stressful but the material gave way and allowed me to get by with that much.The handle bar is a pretty decent height (I’m 6’1) and the wheels gave a smooth roll throughout the airport. I even bumped someone else’s suitcase in my scurry through. No scratches or cracks on the material. The uniform make allowed for easy overhead storage when bins on the plane were almost full.Kudos to this masterpiece of a suitcase, I had one of the easiest holiday travel experiences in a while. Very impress and will look to purchase the remaining sizes soon.

The media could not be loaded. Love this compact bag. It packs up extremely well. The pouches that it comes with allowed me to organize efficiently. My favorite part is it qualifies as a carry on plus the wheels are so smooth and QUIET! It’s subtle as well & classy looking. I’d recommend.
