Amazing little machine, we've used it everywhere within the house and it saves an amazing amount of time as it can do the job daily and so saves us the time of having to clean the floor ourselves. It actually does it amazingly too, compared to our experiences using manual vacuum cleaners and mops.It is very easy to use, considering it's fully autonomous and so is able to clean around without much worry, it can deal with most surfaces without any fuss, except for the obvious setbacks like having wires in the way. Not only can it clean by itself but it is smart enough to return to its charging bay when it's running low on battery or its finished cleaning. The only bit of work that is really required is emptying the bin inside the robot cleaner which is very easy to deal .You can control it too with the remote controller provided alongside - this allows you to change the suction or the speed of the brushes if needed and is very helpful when there are bits that are noticeably harder to clean in certain areas.My favourite thing about it is the design - the 'D' shape really helps since the shape allows it to pick up dirt closer to the sides of walls and doors.I honestly couldn't recommend a product more highly and I'm happy I decided to go with this excellent robot cleaner.

Was v skeptical about how good a robot vacuum would be, but it takes the bulk of the work out of hoovering and picks up tonnes of dust, hair etc.I can move a few things off the floor, set it going and get on with other things, then go around the skirting later with the 'proper hoover'. It takes a really erratic path around the room working out the space but covers it all somehow! I'm amazed that it can get under more furniture than I expected. My friends are now asking me to stop going on about how it's changed my life!Only minor things are that sometimes it can mount things and get stuck. You must make sure wires are out it's way or risk it getting stuck/pulling stuff onto the floor. I have to wipe the sensor area periodically as dust does stick to it and I think this affects it finding its way about. But these are just 'robit hoover' issues I think rather than particular problems with this make.I tried the mop and didn't find it too effective (water flow didn't quite happen as I expected) but we don't really use this feature. If I had got it to work it would be more akin to wiping the floor with a damp cloth.In summary, totally worth the money for the work it has saved me and I am in all really pleased with it. May buy one for my Mum!

This product is amazing and it does as it says on the info easy to set up so easy my hubby managed to do it after he moaned that it would never work in a cluttered house he is now one happy man and has adopted it to be his own. We cannot get over how well it cleans the floor and how it learns the shape of the room. Don’t be dismayed at the size of the water chamber it puts out a light spray and does last. Make sure you fit the yellow brushes corrected they a handed so make sure you have got them fitted correctly. In all this product is great and I definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this first of all. Until after 9months it has a fault and there's no response from the seller after two weeks of trying and contacting amazon. The product is sold with a warranty but unfortunately I'm left with a broken hoover and no response from seller or dibea online. Great product when working. Poor seller and aftercare

The media could not be loaded. This is a very first Robot 🤖 we have at home. I like specially when it slow down everytime it meet some barrier or any obstacles. It does a daily job once I set the time. Work for about two hours and find itself way home. It's been couple of weeks of good mood when having such mirror like floor after coming back from work. My partner works from home and I leave him with the cat so you can imagin how angry I was when having all the mess to clean after work.This clever thing really saves my relationship. Thanks to the technology! I would marry the Robot not a man if I could!!

The media could not be loaded. Great for hard floor/ laminate/ tiles etc but useless on carpet. We have a cat, fur is very light and even when it’s been picked out the carpet and placed very lightly in the path of the hoover it just rolls it further into the carpet. We have very thin carpet and it isn’t thick at all. Haven’t bothered with the mop function, doe seem worth it. The timer is useful on the remote, shame the app doesn’t connect at all to the hoover. It does pick up basically everything on our hard floor and tiles - even thick crumbs or pieces of card etc. Works incredibly well apart from on carpet where we actually need it the most. Will be returning because of this.

reviewed a lot of Robot Vacuums before purchasing this. I didn't want an app controlled one. This sounded perfect and I have not been disappointed. Navigates my downstairs really well, Vacuum's well and leaves the floor looking clean. Of course the spinning brushes sometimes fling the bits away from the Vacuum, but those bits still get Vacuumed up eventually when it next passes that location

The media could not be loaded. This seems ok for hard floors and can get the big crumbs off the carpets but useless at getting dog hair off the carpets. There are too small brushes like helicopter blades at the front which spin around then dust is collected in a small chamber. I don't think the suction is very powerful.On the plus side you just set it to work and it does its own thing, although not necessarily in a mathodical manor.It's great for sweeping up the dog hair off the wooden flooring in between a proper hoover. I've not used the floor washing facility but as it goes all over the place I don't think it's that useful. Especially with open plan living.
