Poor quality packaging
I really wanted to like these, and they do look great installed BUT I bought an Amazon return but it wasn't noted that the box was missing 2 balusters, any hardware (screws and end caps), and half of them were scratched. The screws strip SO easily to the point I couldn't even screw them all the way into my rails before I had to call it. I contacted the company directly regarding the missing screws/end caps and they immediately sent them with a smile. The 3 stars is for the amazing customer service, and the intention of a great product. I have to buy another box unfortunately to finish the project, but from a far none of the flaws are visible.

Missing parts
We ordered three sets of balusters. One set was missing screws and several caps were missing from each set. We needed our porch railings up so had to install anyway. Now we have to find matching screws and paint. The balusters have a more rugged look than we were expecting. However, they were quick to install compared to traditional balusters.

Great product but the screws that come with it strip easy, so I recommend using something else
These products are great, but the packages are always damaged, and the result is scratches etc. Every time we order the shipping boxes Amazon uses are bad

Previously opened
When the boxes arrived they appeared to have been previously opened. It was even further evident when we found that we were short 1 baluster and missing 65 screws. We decided to keep the balusters and not return them to not delay our deck project, but if I had more time I would have returned the balusters. Wish me luck finding powder coated screws!!

*Update* Would be 5 stars, but was missing 5 Balusters from a box
Exactly what i needed, except i ordered 30 and only got 25.*** Upon contacting NuvoIron customer service they have sent me a replacement box to finish my project.

Badly scratched
I ordered three boxes (30 spindles). All three boxes were worn out upon delivery. Sadly, the balusters were in awful condition. Nearly all 30 either had scratches on them or marks worn into them from the corrugated packaging. I would have returned but needed to put up as I had young kids coming to visit. Now I’m stuck with scratched and worn balusters. Assembly was fine. Product would have been good if not so worn out.

un peu trop court
si vous avez besoin de 47.5 pouces (120 cm selon la réglementation au québec pour les piscines), la main courante devra être très épaise. Si vous prenez un 2x4 (qui est plus petit que 2x4) la hauteur ne sera pas respectée. Dans mon cas c'était parfait puisque c'était pour le portail qui mène sur les marches, donc meme si c'est un peu haut....
