I received a bad one
I love the look of this watch on the site and purchased it, but when I received it, there was a scratch on the watch face dial, I contacted customer service and they said they don’t have anymore at the time so I kept the watch instead of returning it....Then about a month passed, the battery in this watch went dead (right as the return date passes) so paid extra to switch out the battery for a brand new watch... I’m not sure if this is a refurbished watch? Since even the logo in their natural frequency technology chip looks different than the other Philip Stein I’ve purchased at the official Philip Stein store...This is my 2nd really bad experience buying a watch on Amazon, one from other seller and this one from Amazon, I’m now very wary of buying any watches over $100 dollars on Amazon, I’ll stick with other official retailers for watches.

Quality watch...
I’ve had this watch now for 5 years. Replaced battery, and just swam in the ocean with my watch. Wear this watch many days a week. This is my second Fruitz watch, love them.
