This is literally one of my favorite training tools! I use it primarily for L-sit holds one of my two top core exercises, and pushups! You can get greater depth on your pushups, also without any pressure on the wrist. I have used it for handstands as well. They are super solid and sturdy all steel constriction. In my opinion they are a must have!

Hands down (ha) the best push up bars we have ever ordered. We own a gym in the high desert of California. Have not found anywhere a product that can compete. Sturdy, comfortable and versatile. Don't waste you time with cheeper and inferior product. Note: I have not affiliation with this company what so ever. Just a proud gym owner.

With increasing wrist instability and arthritic pain, I needed a device to relieve pain when performing yoga poses and pushups. These will certainly work. I would give it 5 stars if the seller fully delivered on what they advertised:'Comes with Fit Grip Pads and Fusion Grip Tape for a better grip!'I got the Fusion grip tape but no Fit Grip Pads.The handles are sturdy and very hard. I would have purchased the grip pads when I ordered these but the advertising said the pads would come with the device. Disappointing.

As a push enthusiast, I’ve tried pretty much every product on the market. This by far outperforms everything available due to its durability and functionality. Not only is this challenging but it also allows you to transition to more advanced moves by simply spinning it. This is a must buy. EXCELENT quality. Came very fast considering it's just a couple of weeks B4 Christmass. Can't imagine how they could be better made. The "dowles" are lightly knurled & came w/ 2, 2.5"x3.5" rubber rubber pads for optional additional grip, & plastic caps on the ends. No sharp edges anywhere. VERY sturdy & a bit heavier than expected (2.07 lbs each by my scale), so don't drop them on tile or wood floors.Keeping them on hallway table as decrative cages to a pair of candles.

It is supposed to come with grip tape and it did not. Disappointing. Also, when trying the unstable side, I rolled it very easily and twerked my wrist. Not for me.

Expensive and hard on the palms

I should have bought these a year earlier. They cost more but are worth it. Feels great doing push-ups and I get a deeper range of motion. It has been a long time since I felt the push-up in my shoulder blades. Also great that I can place the bars in a position that works for me.

Wow you may need fat grips as the grip tape works ok but fat grips better results.Results on unbalanced excersise. And results outstanding.
