Q: Is the shirt preshrunk?

Assume so. Colors were good, size was accurate (XL) and stayed XL. Washed in COLD but I always wash darks in cold. Fabric feel was great.

Q: Where do you ship from? USA?

No, it’s definitely out of country. I can’t remember from where but it took quite a while to be delivered, couple of months

Q: How long does it take to print the shirt?

Seems like I didn't get it for 2-3 weeks after ordering it.

Q: Where is the "Customize Now" icon or link?

🤔 It's been a while but I think I just tapped on the shirt where it says customize now it took me to my pictures on my phone..
