I like it. I added Quercetin to my vit D-3 5,000 to 10,000iu's, C , zinc, glutathion to make my immune system stronger. So far since the C-19 started I never came down with cold/flu or virus even though I was around someone who was really sick and tested positive for virus for over a month , I never had a symptom or caught it. I would take it with other supplements and not by itself. This Quercetin is pure with no added toxic ingredients.

We take this especially during allergy season. So far, it did help so when fall season start, we’ll continue taking it again.

Shipped as promised. Easy to swallow. The only thing that isn’t great is the serving size is 4.

Other than taking multiple capsules for daily serving, product is good.
