used these little gems to sand the finish on my epoxy resin countertops to prepare for top coat. nice quality sanding pads with excellent longevity. compared to the paper discs I used prior these are far superior. cant go wrong.

Works exceptionally well when vacuum sanding

I have several random orbit sander with different hole configurations so these discs can be used with any of them while also providing great dust collection. The discs also appear to outlast the Mirka Gold discs that I've used for years. Not inexpensive but factoring dust collection and longevity I think they're a good buy.

I love Merca sanding screens. I’m not even going to finish off the boxes of other discs I have. They are durable, fewer to no pigtails, great dust extraction, and deliver great results. Great product at a good price! I just wish they had bigger variety pack options.

I have tried many sanding disks out there that are sold, and this is the best one I have used to date. It is expensive so buy in bulk and the price is much cheaper. Many times these products are not described as what best to use for. Are you using on bare wood? Are you using to abrade a varnish? Are you using it to remove varnish?All are questions that are very relevant to what type of sanding disk to use or buy, as many times one is not very well suited for another application, as in my case, varnish removal or abrading for finish coat. These disks are the best I have used that eliminate all sanding scratches if used correctly. Very important for either getting ready to varnish or for abrading for finish coat. This is where these shine. No scratches whatsoever. Please be very careful when sanding as any water based finish will show scratches much more than oil finishes, and many will tell you to not use aluminum oxide paper with silicate for water born finishes as the scratches will show through.This review is for polyurethane finishes only as I do not use water based finishes. These have excellent scratch resistant properties which I have had problems with using other manufacturer's sanding disks. That is the bottom line for me. However, I was not totally impressed with dust pickup using my vac on the RO sander. That is why I gave it 4 stars. It is best to use a pad protector under these, which I did, and that may have contributed to less than impressive dust control. However, the protector aided in sanding much more efficiently. Bottom line is these are excellent quality sanding disks, seem to last as long or longer than others, and no scratches whatsoever. No fisheyes either. These are my go to sanding disks when I get ready to apply my first coat of varnish or my final coat of varnish. I use cheaper disks for the bull work and then use these to finish off.Buy them and you will not be disappointed. I have used these for over 30 years so I am not talking as a homeowner, but as a professional. Also remember to use a quality RO sander as these work in unison with the right equipment and you can't beat the new RO sander by Porter Cable for the money.

I use these mesh sanders for auto body work. They are great when attaching a vacuum to your sander and cut body filler easily. They are also great for woodworking. They last a long time and consistently sand surfaces flat. Use your vacuum!!Big Rudy

These sanding disks are notably more expensive versus traditional sanding disks, but so far they seem to last at least twice as long, and because they are a mesh material, they do not hold onto contaminants, or other material that can scratch or swirl the surface that is being sanded. Overall they are working great.

Not a lot to say about sanding disks but these are great, arrived fast, fracked well and work as promised

A little had to find a product with so mamy choices but that is a little price to pay. Overall very sastisfied.

The Mirka discs are excellent in terms of design and effectiveness and are a great addition to my Bosch sander for finishing work.

These are a little more expensive, but they last way longer and do a fantastic job. So actually cheaper in the long run.
