Mcgill Paper Blossom Tool Kit, Ball Tools, 4-Pack

I like to make my own flowers, sometimes with paper, and sometimes with colored vellum. When I use paper (printer paper etc), I really don't need these tools, unless I've cut out a flower shape instead of a scalloped circle..then it's great! I can get those petals to curl right up and transform them into something totally different! I like using vellum paper with the scalloped circle, but do not need the tool for that. I also used these as a back up tool for my book a tricks emboss to impress embossing board (can't seem to find the original one). Works great! Thanks.

I was looking at flower making tools from another company and when I found these with the lower price I jumped on purchasing them. They work great and I love not having to change the ends of the tools like the other company has on their tools. They are easy to use and there are plenty of video's for flower making tools so you can find different techniques for using these.The case is a bit cheaply made but I don't tend to keep them in the case since I have a tool caddy that I use for such items.

These tools are a must when creating handmade paper flowers. I have used these so many times when making my flowers especially when you want the blooms to look a certain way. The fact that there are six tips allows you to make many different size flowers. Another plus is that the tools come in a nice little case with a snap closure so that you can keep them in. It also makes it easy to travel with to classes, shows, crops, etc. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I returned from vacation and decided to make some paper flowers. I had bought this kit before I went On vacation. On the first flower the top of the ball came off, I attempted to make a second flower the same thing happened. Unfortunately it was one day after the 30 days. I am unable to return this defective piece of junk. Don't buy!!!!

Good tools to score and shape papers. Ergonomic grip = happy fingersOnly issue is I expected the smallest 1mm tip to be finer. I use it to shape papers.Set needs one more pointed tool (smaller and sharper than the 1mm) to complete itself.Good quality. Recommended to beginners and artists alike

I have been working in 3D art for over a year now and had just discovered the McGill Kit recently. I purchased 2 kits, one for each of my residences and love, love love the ease of use and the varied sizes of the embossing ends. Also, the tweezer is easier to handle than my former one and the case itself is worth the purchase as the snap front keeps everything in place.

I just received these today and they are awesome. I thought that a mat came with them but it didn't. That could have been on another site that it included the mat. It doesn't matter as I have a mat to use and as usual Amazon had the best price on this so I bought it here and I am happy I did. It is perfect for making my paper flowers and does a beautiful job and takes the pressure off my hands! I love it. Get yourself one today...you will love it too.

I originally bought these tools to use as a way to make patterns in my pottery clay but I've discovered they are some of the best carving tools I have. I use them all the time. It took a long time to find them because I never thought to look in cake decorating for something like this but I finally accidentally ran across them. Couldn't do without them.

I bought the McGill Paper Blossom Tool Kit to use when make paper flowers. It was recommended by an experienced flower maker on U tube. It arrived and was as expected. The tools are sturdy and it is nice to have a selection of sizes to work with depending on the size of the petals I am shaping. The pouch is very nice and keeps everything together which is great when I am packing my supplies to craft in places other than my home. I am very satisfied and they help me create beautiful paper flowers.
