My picky Pomeranians actually like this!
I personally can't comment on the flavor like it asks me to when reviewing, but, my pups seem to like it well enough. The ingredients are good quality with no grains which is what I'm looking for (canines don't eat grains in the wild, why would I feed grains to carnivores?).I also supplement their food to assure they get what they need, but this puppy food is an excellent start to their lives, small enough bites (the size of green peas but slightly flattened) and they eat it. What more could I ask for? Perhaps a bit cheaper, but everything is getting more expensive in today's economy.

Dog's favorite kibble!
These three absolutely love this and the adult dog version of this kibble! I appreciate there being no corn, wheat, or soy aka filler ingredients and my dogs appreciate the flavor. The kibble are small enough that my short-snouted mop of a dog can eat with no issues and my purebred pom loves to scoop up and enjoy at the window. Bought this for my puppy and he plays while eating. A+ in my book!

posh pets long beach shelter are rude, but the food dogs love it
I sent this to Posh Pets Long Beach Shelter, since they were in need. But you should know they never acknowledged the gift which I thought was very rude. and will never do it again. I would rather buy a bag and drop it off at my local shelter or pet hotel. So if you are going to let agencies do a wish list you should also tell them to send a thank you

Something was wrong with the food, maybe expired?
I have been purchasing the science diet puppy food for 11 months and have never had an issue with it. My dog eats it well and I pair it with the science diet soft food for extra taste for the pup. This latest batch I was sent had an issue. I could tell the instant I opened it that it smelled wrong and it was discolored. The normal batch has a potent smell and is red-ish. I didn't think much of it, figured maybe they changed the recipe. Right off the bat, when I put the food in the bowl, my dog went to hide under the table (what he does when he doesn't like a treat or food). He didn't eat for over 24 hours. I thought he may have been sick. Went to the pet store and bought a package of the same food off the shelf, just to check. He ate it right away.I don't know what was wrong with the food but what I am mostly upset about is that my dog would rather starve than take one bite. All I can say is, if you buy this, don't throw away your bag and compare it to one at the store. You may have to return it. HIGHLY disappointed and will now be looking in a new direction for my dog food. Thanks for taking my money and giving me food I wouldn't feed a Stray dog. Only thing that was happy to eat it was my trashcan.
