I ordered this product and i had low expectations from all of the other reviews however it works very well and it is huge step up from my old computer

Poor Quality
Bought a recertified laptop only to get one that was still broke. (Keyboard). Big waste of my time.

Broken out of box
Keyboard does not work. It has been two days and we have not heard back from ACER at all?

Don't buy renewed
When I received this product as renewed I had high expectations and expected it to be just as nice as it was never owned but when I got it and tried to connect to wifi because I don't have a ethernet cable this very important component was missing from the laptop completely when I went into device manager and tried to figure out why it wasn't searching for wifi or I couldn't connect
