For my first time doing a water fast, I was completely terrified. I came across these with zero reviews and was even more terrified, but they sounded like just what I needed! Ive completed 6 days and I've lost 15lbs! Ice never done a fast without these pills but I can tell you Insure notice a difference when I take them. I didn't take them all at once either. I took 2 in the morning with 16-32oz of water and then the last 2 in the evening (5pm) when I started getting hungry with 16oz of water. I feel great! A few moments of weakness but overall, these pills helped me so much! Plan on ordering again!

It got here 3 days late...but it is ok. Haven’t tried it yet will start my water fast this weekend

I miss phen q product. Gave more energy and appetite suppressant and took less pills per day. This one is not as potent. Bring phen q back!

So far, so good! I take two in the morning before my workout and two later on in the evening when I start to feel a bit hungry. I haven’t been super consistent, but I do believe it has had a hand in allowing me to power through IF.

Good product. Does what it says.

Tried it for 2 weeks and it is a great prework out but it will have your stomach feeling awful. I would recommend black coffee or greentea instead.

Amazing energy all day I made it through my 20 hr fast!!

The first time I tried this I took the recommended serving (4 caplets). About an hour after I started shaking and had to sit on the couch. Became super dizzy and basically lay there for at least 2 hours. The second time I tried it I took half a serving (2 caplets); almost same result as the first time. I think the fact that I have a very low tolerance for caffeine might have triggered all those symptoms, so if you’re like me, try something else.
