MeuralMCAS327-10000S Canvas Swivel Mount, Works with Meural Canvas, Meural Canvas II

- First off this bracket costs $50 and is made out of plastic. It should really be included with the Meural or be a lot cheaper.- The instructions do say to use a larger drill bit to make pilot holes for the screw-in wall anchors but I knew right away, from experience, that this would not work. It would cause the anchors to be loose in the wall. I used a drill bit about as large as the tip of the anchor and screwed it in the rest of the way, like it’s meant to be done.- The mount ring is connected to the back of the Meural where it is all plastic. Seems unstable.- The mount ring lightly sits in the mount base and it does allow you to turn it in the wrong direction if you aren’t careful, which could potentially lead to the Meural falling right off the wall. This is crazy to me. I feel it needs a safety feature or a more robust connection.- I also noticed that when I turn my Meural to the horizontal position it doesn’t sit perfectly level right away and you have to eyeball it and adjust it slightly to get it level.

The instructions call for a 3/8 drill bit and a hammer to pound in the anchors. DO NOT FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS. The anchors are screw in anchors and the 3/8's hole is too big. The anchors will not hold with the canvas on. Believe me, I followed the written directions and now all I have are two holes in my wall and no canvas on it. I looked on the netgear site afterwords and found that the drill bit should be no larger than 1/4. Pay attention whether or not you have screw in anchors and do not use a hammer if you do. Shame on Netgear for packing the swivel with erroneous and inadequate instructions.

This swivel mount works perfect. Just what I was hoping for. Perfect to display both formats, horizontal and vertical. For the price of the frame, it should have been included with it, but I'm glad I have it so that I can view both formats. I have 2 plasylists, One for vertical and 1 for horizontal so I only have to swivel it about twice a day.

Although a bit pricey for the larger version that I purchased, it is well worth the investment. The set-up was easy, and my family and I enjoy revisiting many of the worlds of art we have visited in person from museums around the globe. The artist and work information is helpful in reinforcing the educational part of art with our children. Highly recommended.

This came out rather quickly. Mount was easy to install. Please use a bigger level head if accuracy is required as the one that comes built in is not right.I got this for my Meural Canvas I, and it worked well. Swivel is locked to only one rotation (clockwise to turn into portrait, anti clockwise to turn into landscape).

The one that I purchased a year ago was either defective or just poorly designed. It required a lot of effort amd could not tilt the last ten degrees of the 90 degree swing. Hopefully this v2 is better designed. I have not installed it yet but I noticed that this one does the full 90.

I had lost the mount to my Meural Canvas and got this one to replace it. It worked perfectly and was very easy to install

We were never shipped the product. So disappointing. The frame is high quality, with great picture quality. The ability to rotate from vertical to horizontal would have been nice.

The first thing to say is that the holes in this product are about 6mm wider than the original bracket, so you not only have to drill new holes in the wall, you can't drill them in the same place as the new position would be too close to one of the original holes. Why they couldn't make the hole size the same is beyond me. Secondly, the design is such that you have to thread the power cable through the bracket that's screwed to the wall, through the ring that screws onto the picture and through the backplate before plugging into the picture, then you have to hold the weight of the picture whilst feeding the cable through wall bracket and locating it into the slot. For the money they should have designed something that connects the power as you hook the picture onto the bracket making getting it on and off the wall much simpler.Just a note, the bracket puts the picture about 15 cm higher on the wall than the original, so if the height is critical you'll need to site it about 15 cm lower.

It does make the frame stand out from the wall a bit more than without it. But it is great to be able to rotate the frame so easily. Although I am always gentle with it when I do, as it feels a little wobbly doing it even though it looks fairly robust. Fixing it to the wall was not too much of a issue just thread the wire before attaching it to the wall.

Wir sind bisher zufrieden mit der Halterung. Unser Meural hängt nun an der Wand und ist einfach drehbar.So kann ich zwischen hochkant und quer wechseln, je nachdem welches Bild ich eben auswähle. Das Stromkabel wird in der Mitte der Halterung durchgeführt und bleibt somit immer zentral. Der Preis ist kein "Schnapper", aber die Halterung erfüllt ihren Zweck.Tipp: Bei der Montage lieber nochmal eine größere Wasserwaage hinhalten, denn die integrierte ist nicht der Hit.

Wenn entsprechend Möglichkeit vorhanden den Rahmen zu drehen wichtige Ergänzung.Bilder, insbesondere selbst gemachte, können vielfältiger in der unterschiedlichen Ausrichtung betrachtet werden.
