This was a phone call I received that started me looking for a pirate costume. "Gigi, I want to be a pirate" I said "Oh, you mean you want to be a pirate for your birthday" My great grandson replied "Yeah, I want to be a pirate." So I said "Okay" This started my search on Amazon.com for the pirate costume. It is very nice and covers the whole family. Thank you.

Easy to follow instructions

Made both adult costumes. Having been away from sewing for quite a few years, I had a problem with the sizes. The pattern itself could easily be made by an almost beginner with great results. Found the boot covers online to complete the look. We felt like a million doubloons and constantly receiving compliments at the event we attended. It was worth the effort to make these.

Very easy to follow except when the instructions are printed on the piece that is being cut away then you don't have it for future uses. had to write them on the piece.

Using this pattern to make family costumes for my Pirate themed wedding. Looks easy enough right now.

I enjoyed making the pirate shirt and belt. I made the shirt in XL was very large and voluminous, but had full effect. I loved the large and exaggerated sleeves. I will make this shirt again!!
