Great montor/ Great service!
I love this monitor. We had an older Elo 15 inch (square) touch monitor. My software vendor "upgraded" recently to take advantage of a hd screen format. However, they did not have a solution available to make our point of sale functional as anything other that a point of sale. (It usually doubles as a workstation). This monitor fit the bill, brought back 100% functionality and looks great. The price on Amazon was better than anywhere else, plus I got 2 day shipping on it...which was great!

Love these. They always work right out of the box, screen is sharp, touchscreen features work great with windows 8, there's not a bad thing I can say about them.

Once hooked up it did not work.
When the box was open two pieces were off the stand and laying in box, readable directions were not available. Came with a CD entitled installation process. However with no monitor it was No help. Paper instructions basically were a picture of 4 times of plugs that could be used. No where was their a picture of where to plug in lines. You had to take off a piece of plastic in the base, not one that was already off. Once together it did not work. I will never order this product again. I have learned cheaper is not always the best.

Don't use anywhere near dampness
I have had this for 7 months now. My mistake for a bar.If you touch it with any water on your hand, it interprets it a multiple touches and locks up.It's easy enough to fix. Turn it off and wipe it off.My employees know now but it was an issue in the beginning.Just always use a stylus and you should be fine.

perfect for multi use computers
This was exactly what we needed for a computer that uses point of sale software plus regular computer day to day business activities. Excel is much better than on the smaller Elo monitors. Touchscreen is responsive, and image is bright and clear.

elo makes the best
elo is the best! Out of the box, it worked perfectly. It cost more than others, but its also better made, and the touch zone is much more accurate.
