I had one of these already and wanted to use it for a background building flat but wanted to make the structure bigger and longer. This was a great find at a great price. It will make a most excellent goods warehouse against the backdrop on my layout. With 2 of these kitbashed together I will have a 210' long structure that is 7 stories tall!

I seen this model cut in half the long way and used as a back drop model. Fantastic detail. I actually work in a mill building right now and I have a few more details I want to add to it.

I am modeling an old shoe factory on my HO layout and this is almost a duplicate of the prototype structure, except the real one only had three floors instead of four like the model, so I have some kit modifications to do. Otherwise this is the perfect kit for anyone wanting to model a late 19th century or early 20th century ubiquitous small town factory.
