Prym, Blue Wrist Pin Cushion, One Size

Even though the pin cushion shipped from China, we received it in a reasonable time. The product is as advertised.

Love it. It stops you getting into the bad habit of putting pins in your mouth! You can adjust the strap to your size of wrist. The pins are held in firmly and don't fall out when you are trying to set in sleeves etc and you have to get underneath your fabric. I have tried a wrist magnetic pin cushion but didn't really get on with it so I've gone back to using this one again.

Does the job it is intended for just fine. Good and squidgy for sticking pins into.Slightly uncomfortable to wear, and you obviously have to take your watch off to utilise it.The only problem I found was when I was engrossed in sewing I missed the pin cushion and stabbed the pins into the back of my hand rather than the pin cushion - this is more a problem with the user than the item.

Based on the quality of my other Prym sewing aids and some good reviews I bought this. I thought the plastic back would stop me stabbing my wrist as I had done with my ancient home made wrist pin cushion!The plastic was very uncomfortable, the strap was hard to fasten and keep on. The Velcro hooks caught on everything I sewed and my own clothes and the cushion part resisted the pins. Sorry Prym, this was a great disappointment!Just thrown it in the bin. I couldn’t return as I tried to replace the stiff uncomfortable wrist strap with wide elastic but the Velcro couldn’t cut off cleanly and still caught on the fabric I was sewing.Back to order a different style with elasticated wrist.

Don't seem to loose my needles now that I have this on my wrist, and as it is so comfy to wear, it stays on my wrist when doing things in between sewing. Highly recommend this pin cushion.

Fairly basic but very functional and tidy little product. Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this product. Also a very handy way to access and handle sharp pins safely.
