Fantastic service
I wanted a replacement for the pair of BB SH1228W batteries that Cyberpower uses in my CP900AVR UPS. Thought that I would give the Vici batteries a try. First, they shipped within hours of my ordering them. Second, they arrived via FedEx days earlier than promised. Third, when I connected them to a charger, prior to installing, they were fully charged from the supplier. And fourth, they are the exact size of the BB batteries that are the OEM batteries for the UPS. Now, time will tell how well they last. My BB batteries lasted 11 years since new, which is a really long life for AGMs. I am now ordering more for my other units.
