My grandboys loved it

I had this toothbrush for my son for just under one year. It stopped vibrating a few days ago and wouldn’t charge. When I reached out to the seller, they responded within the hour and they sent a new one within a few days. The product is good overall, but I would stick with brand for the customer service alone.

I was having problems getting my 2 year-old (now almost 3) to brush his teeth for more than 20 seconds at a time, and it was beginning to affect the appearance of his teeth. This toothbrush has been a total game changer- my son now brushes the full two minutes so he can listen to the songs. It’s also much cheaper than constantly buying the disposable electric toothbrushes which seem to wear out much faster than this one.

We ended up buying another brand after this one. It just didn’t seem to have much cleaning power. Has a very gentle vibration with no oscillation

The toothbrush was used for a month and broke

My daughter told me that now, my granddaughter looks forward to brushing her teeth just so she can hear the musical part of the toothbrush..

I bought two of these toothbrushes for my kids.Pros:- good battery life-very interactive with the songs and vibration-easy to hold-good size and length for children to use themselvesCons:- no option to brush without the singing-it plays Christmas song at every brushing… which can be confusing for the kids having to listen to Christmas song every day. The first time they used the brush, my child asked me “mummy, is it Christmas today?”. Imagine having to explain that it’s not Christmas yet, and we are just in September. Only basic children songs would have been better.-sometimes the brush head comes off

The first brush I received took forever to charge and only worked for a couple days before dying. I contacted the seller and they replaced it the next day, fantastic customer service!The new brush works great; holds charge for a long time and the brush head hasn’t lost any bristles. It feels like a good, strong vibration; actually too strong for my son. Luckily, I put it on ‘sensitive’ mode and he loves it.Really happy with the brush, highly recommend it.

Worked fine for the first use. My child was very excited about her new toothbrush. However, after charging it does not switch on at all. Have continously charged again many times and still no luck. I have just tried again tonight and somehow, the toothbrush only comes on if i hold it upside down whilst pressing the on/off button? What a waste of time and money! Maybe it is too late to get a refund... you get what you pay for basically! Very disappointing and sick of the false marketing for products!

It was a brilliant purchases my little one loves using this toothbrush and better yet it has her younger siblings doing a little baby dance when and basically has helped encourage them to brush their teeth also. No more struggling or constant reasoning in the morning or evenings now they all look forward to it.

I bought two of these tooth brushes for my children. What fantastic value for money. Battery life is very impressive, lasts almost a full month !Both my 5 year old and 11 year old were able to use this brush with no problem, so I would consider it easy to hold and use.
