Q: What are measurements when fully inflated?

I don't remember, but you can get through a normal doorway!...... iT does fit a 6' 1" man who ways 320 pounds

Q: There is nothing to connect the fan to in order to inflate the suit? Are we missing something?

The battery pack that connects to the fan was missing. Can't use the suit.

Q: What kind of batteries does it use?

have you bought it yet? If not do not buy it. The first time we put it on, the fan stopped working and the zipper broke in half. Only been able to wear it once. I wouldn't recommend buying it. I can't remember what kind of batteries by the way. Sorry to disappoint you!

Q: Where can you get a replacement battery pack?

The battery pack uses 4 AA Batteries, so you can switch them out easily with a small screwdriver.
