Years ago, my son had something similar and it was great. This one doesn't seem to work for me as well. I'm still tweaking the adjustments but it seems that the spacing between the knee pad and the seat is off and it affects my legs if I use it for any length of time. I think that there should be some kind of additional adjustment built in, either the location of the central axle or some kind of swivel attachment of the seat. It does relieve the strain on my back and neck when I'm at the computer and it's better than what I had. I'm going to keep using it along with a standard chair and you may want to try that as well.

it was a big step to move from"back rest" type chairs which is a contradiction ? they only feel like a rest for a very short period, normal lean backward type chairs put very bad angle and strain on your spinal system which is cumulative. I'm 58 with no health issues but I always try to stay fit, eat well & live well, now I can sit well, long periods are fine some people may need to build up to. I love this chai,r it has height adjust is very good quality its a great piece of furniture that I use daily. Highly recommend this product. The supplier is above average very trustworthy great experience around.
