Great size and effective… gets in all the nooks and crannies!

This is a durable, well man made, not a skinny tool for a serious cook.

I liked the idea of this spatula being one piece and not having to separate the scraper from the handle to clean. However, I'm pretty disappointed with how HARD and inflexible the blade is. I'm used to ones that flex easily to really scrape well against the sides of bowls. I've found myself really using this one mainly for stirring and when I'm stir-frying. Seems to hold up against pan frying heat. Just wish it would do bowls cleanly, too.

I first picked up one of these spatulas while on a trip. I was really surprised by how much I liked it. It's such a simple device, but everything seems perfect about it. The weight, the grip, the balance and texture are just the way I like. I had other Silicone spatulas that discolored, oozed strange goo or had handles that melted. I can leave this sitting in a sauce pan while something cooks and nothing happens. I've since replaced my hodgepodge or spatulas with a set of these. Not cheap, but I think they'll be the last ones I ever need to buy.

How do you have a favorite spatula? It needs to be flexible enough to scrape a bowl but stiff enough to mix the bottoms of a big batch of cookies. Well, it does all of that plus it’s hot pink and it’s fabulous. Santa is bringing me another for my stocking. We’re on a first name basis.

I wish this were slightly larger. I ordered 3 sizes. This pink one is a bit small, but the lavendar spatula is enormous! It is too big to be very useful in my home kitchen.

Not really right. I don't like the angle of the head and it should be curved more so it's the same as the slope of a bowl. I do like that it's covered in one piece of silicone. It hasn't replaced my go-to Le Creuset wood and silicone small spatulas.

Beautiful and ergonomic. Haven't found anything like it, even in the finest stores.I also ordered the GIR mini thinking it was the GIR skinny (my bad) but I likeit to for my scrambled eggs (use two at once). so Now I also ordered two of the GIR skinny.
