I bought this hat system for hiking and outdoor activities for sun protection. It took a minute to get it assembled, but it's great and performs exactly as described. The neck shield is protective, but not clingy, it is not hot and confining. The face mask fits well, although obstructs my vision somewhat. While hiking it was easy to snap one side off when I needed to see the terrain better.My favorite part is that it's a cap, so my long hair can come through the back in a ponytail. With most sunhats, my hair has to be down, and that gets hot on my neck!The top also zips off to make it a visor. I haven't tried that yet, but can see how that's a very nice feature too!This hat is perfect if you're looking for good sun protection.

The hat is big and with the panels covers your head and face from the sun. The material is quite light so feels a little cheap but overall it does what it supposed to.
