I am not easily convinced, but I do have a solid routine due to my job working in an office. I can say with certainty that it suppresses my appetite and keeps me full longer. I make a shake in the morning using almond milk and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter (for the fat this requires to work effectively). If I am in a rush I will add a banana and my breakfast in complete, rather than cooking an egg. I eat between 7-7:30am and my usual routine (for at least a year) has been to eat a snack at work at 10:30. I find I am definitely not hungry for that snack and can wait until noon to eat my lunch. Usually I would also eat another snack in the afternoon around 2:30 but I can often skip that one as well. This means I am consuming less calories (roughly 200 less) without feeling the effects. I say this product definitely has benefits! I did some research on it and found clinical reports from scientific studies done to prove the effectiveness.

I have been looking for a way to add extra nutrition to my morningprotein shake. I found this item on Amazon and decided to give ita try.I love the ease of blending a protein shake and head out the door inthe mornings. I felt like I needed to up the nutritional value since Iwas drinking them every day. I read about this product and thoughtit could add some much needed greens to my diet.This powder has a light berry flavor as well as the spinach taste to it.Its a nice blend. Neither flavor is overwhelming in my opinion. when I add it to mychocolate shake, it tastes pretty good.I love that as a side benefit, this product can help curb hunger. It does say that youmust pare it with a little fat for the appetite control to kick in. Sometimes I add a littlealmond oil to mix. It seems to hold me off till lunch with out any problems.Overall, I like this product. I think it has a more pleasing flavor than other green drinksI have tried in the past. I have purchased this two times so far. This is a product I willcontinue to use.

I absolutely love this product. It's pretty expensive so I can't use it as much as I'd like, but I try as much as I can. It curbs the cravings and makes my digestion feel so much better. If I could, I'd use it all the time. You have to have a fatty foods with it to make it work its best. So, I take a bottle of water and add a little olive oil and orange juice (the juice is just for a little flavor and binds best to the powder). Then put the appethyl in it and shake. I can drink it at my leisure. It works GREAT! And tastes good too.

Doesn't matter what you put it in. Juice, smoothie, hot, cold or whatever. Never dissolves enough without being gritty or gettinglumpy. Can't even gag it down. Not because of taste...but texture.

Im not getting anything for this review. This is just to help others who want to lose weight. This stuff really, really works. I have a beast of an appetite. This stuff really takes the edge off the sweet cravings !!

Did NOTHING for Me. Love to return it, but its already opened.

Love this. I've been taking Phentermine as an appetite suppressant and have lost some weight. Considering switching to the appethyl since it does the same thing for me.
