Spend the money on quality fish oil!
Expensive but high quality, low heavy metals, recommended by Rhonda Patrick, Found My Fitness. I guess you get what you pay for with fish oil since many fish have quite a bit of heavy metals

I trust Metagenics! all their supplements are great, this one in particular is helping me with my brain and as a poor fish eater I decided to supplement my diet with this one.
