This book was not useful. It tells you how to assess and address issues with flexibility. Just not helpful.

Entenda porque é preciso cuidar do corpo além de treinar na bike e fazer bike fit
Otimo conteúdo, dependendo do seu nivel de conhecimento algumas coisas podem ser um pouco basicas ou repetitivas mas no geral as informações são bem valiosas e úteis. O layout dos boxes com comentários é um pouco difícil de ler (fonte muito fininha em um fundo branco)

Interesting focus the functional capabilities of the rider
Not what I expected but a text that places great emphasis on the flexibility of the rider. It sees functional limitations as those which impair the rider. Expected tables of training schedules etc. This does not do that but is more useful.
