I bought this frame to display a tapestry I had completed. My order arrived promptly the following day but unfortunately the glass was cracked in the frame even though the box had been wrapped in layers of large bubble wrap. I contacted Rinkit via Amazon, including a photo of the damage, and within a couple of hours they had replied to my message saying they would replace the frame. Great quality although the aperture size wasn’t quite accurate so it cut off the boundary of my piece of work which was annoying but overall pleased with the quality of product.
