Nice practical option for practice and small games at house
My daughter started playing volleyball, so I needed a net for practice and small games. I wanted to make sure the net supported regulation heights to make for good practice, and I do not have space to keep a full 30+ foot volleyball net permanently staked in my back or front yard. This freestanding net fits my needs well. It was easy to setup, I just recommend maybe getting a second person to brace one end when you are trying to get the side poles in. At first I was little hesitant to bow them too much, but they did bend ok and I was able to get them in with a little help. The net is super light, so you can essentially just leave it up anywhere and move it around as needed. One person can move it, but it would be a bit awkward so I found it easy to just have one person lift from each side (it is so light that kids can do this). I also think it would be easy to setup and tear down as needed, but I preferred to keep it together so my daughter can use anytime she wants. As for sturdiness, it holds up well anytime the ball hits the net and I have not seen any issues with normal play. We had some very windy days where it did tip over a couple of times, but it could be staked down with included stakes if you want additional support. It does not move on normal weather days. The set also comes with a travel bag if you need to bring it somewhere, but I have not needed to use that yet. Overall this option is pricey compared to just buying standard net, but you are paying for the convenience and portability. I have not had this too long, but I expect my daughter will use more frequently due to the ease of use.

Well designed net.
Simple to put together, though it takes a bit of strength to bend the tubes. That though give you a taut net. It doesn't sag like most other types. The two height setting is welcomed too. One down side for us is that it's too big to put away whole and needs to be broken down all the way to be put away.

Awesome volleyball net!!
My daughter is so happy with this net, it is well made and super easy to put up and take down. The carrying bag is great too, and her volleyball fits in it too. The price I feel is fair for all that you get.

Good net, but the wrong heights
This is a good, sturdy practice net, but it does not set up properly for mens (too high) or women's height (too low).

Very Effective Training Tool with Two Considerations
I purchased this training net as a tool to help my teen daughter who just started JV volleyball. This is a phenomenal tool that can be used in conjunction with dozens of drills and up to three-on-three scrimmages. It’s an amazingly stable design best suited for grass but it can be safely used indoors and in sand if the players desire. Two important considerations:My daughter is 5’00” tall- She needs help latching the net onto the poles (the final stage in assembly). Realistically, you need to be about 5’05” to put this up unassisted at the women’s height setting. Also, this isn’t suitable for strong hitters. Any ball into the net at twenty-plus mph is going to displace the base. Even with the included anchor pins in place, there isn’t enough mass to keep the system stationary if a player or a fast hit ball hits the net. This is a training tool and it’s great for scrimmages but not hard play.Broken down, the system is light enough to be carried by a teenager and will easily store in a car trunk or closet. Don’t leave it out in the rain, it will oxidize and eventually rust at the locking points. Finally, tension between the main poles is what keeps the net taught. While you can break down the system alone, for safety, it’s best to have a second person relieve the tension on the opposite pole while you undo the net from your side.In summary, this is a phenomenal training tool- great in design, execution and practicality. One of the easiest Five Star Reviews I’ve ever given. Thanks for reading and if you have a question, please leave it in the comments and I’ll do my best to respond in a timely manner.

Awesome net!
We got this net a couple days ago and love it! Obviously I can’t speak to long term durability, but setup is easy and it is very portable. The only suggestion I’d make to the manufacturer is to add a holes to the locking plates so that you can lock the feet in a closed position.

Fantastic net for backyard practice or to take on the go.
My daughter started playing volleyball last year and there aren't many places around with standing volleyball nets. Most gyms use the basketball court and unless it's scheduled for volleyball, it's a basketball court. I wanted to be able to bump the ball back and forth with her, but I didn't want a permanent installation in the backyard.Enter the PowerNet Freestanding Volleyball Warm Up Net. It's easy to set up with a sturdy base. Easy to move around and it comes with a storage bag to take it on the road. Admittedly, it stays setup during the season, but it's easy to take down and store when we're not using it. Great product!
