Does the job wish the holes were done better

Ive been using it for awhile. Its good i like it.But the holes are a little small. If you buy incense that has varying stick sizes. The slightly bigger sized sticks dont fit.But i find that if yu pay a little more for your incense it works better. I was useing cheap 67 cent (USD) for a pack of 50 sticks and most would not fit.Now i just use "satya" and "gonesh sticks" and those fit no prob.

Received 2 items as ordered but 1 is broken so I can’t really keep it open, And don’t even know if I can use it the way I It’s intended ..it’s missing a hinge to keep it open , and I thought maybe the hinge would be in the box that it came in but it wasn’t. If it was, I could’ve fixed it myself. So I don’t know how I’m going to use this. Thank goodness two came in the box one with a gift for someone for Xmas so I’m not returning them..and the other one that’s broken, the one I’m keeping is for me. Would not recommend this item ..look elsewhere.

GOOD LOOKING BUT NOT WELL MADE.

It does the job but I needed to sand down the lids on BOTH or else it wouldn't shut right. The holes on sides (inserts for incense) are a tad high. I just bend my sticks a tiny bit and they stay fine. I do not have to do this every time but if you like hand dipped sticks like I do, they are not all the same and vary in size. (Obviously) Thin, thick, etc... One box arrived almost perfect and is supposed a gift. The other I got for myself. Thus why I liked the two pack esp for this price. Why not?🤷🏼‍♀️ Well..The other box on the other hand; the hinge on the lid is broken. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just wish I would've found this out BEFORE I used one of them. And of course I didn't realize this was the "better" of the two until after. Thankfully this was a gift for my boyfriend so he will understand why I "used" his gift once and gave myself the broken one. It really could be a nice incense holder that's what's depressing. Just a little more attention to detail when making these would probably make all the difference.🤷🏼‍♀️ Only reason I gave 3 stars was because it does what it's supposed to 👍 holds my incense and stores them in a kinda cute way lol 🤷🏼‍♀️

Loved these for size, wood and double usage, 2-sides for sticks and cones but now they are made poorly. The thin, small, nails holding braces holding unit together get loose, side door where extra sticks can be stored, won't stay close, gets loose after a while, however the Big problem is that the holes can sometimes be off, cut crooked so sticks won't stay centered, they fall down inside going out. Also, which made me not buy anymore, the holes get black from using then you can't find the holes without a headlight and they do get clogged up too. Since nails are so thin and weak, after a while, the top once open up, will fall back and tilt the hole thing over. spreading ash and sticks everywhere. Don't close the top because the smoke will blacken spots on and around holes, got to use caution burning Incense and I recommend only burn 1 at a time. The cones seem to get too hot at the bottom for safety. Depending on the design, lately the thin brass moons, starts etc., start peeling up and eventually bend, then come off, leaving imprint where they use to be. Last 2 I received came not even in a box, plastic so of course arrived damaged, parts all in bag and inside coffin, parts for cones not glued down and dried glue smear won't come off of wood inside, looking ugly. These were my favorite until they started arriving poorly made but some people don't like the Coffin look. I do believe once the parts, strips are cut, you can throw 1 together every 5 minutes. A lot of trouble to use now, and that's a shame.

I picked these because my sons room, my room was ith my wife and the front porch is where we’d sit and burn incense. Now we didn’t have to share one box that constantly needed cleaning. More for everyone!

The holes are not at an angle, so it makes the stick bend down and touching the bottom making it useless... DON'T BUY.
