Easy , Fast, and Wonderful Bread.
After discovering "artisanbreadwithsteve" on YouTube, I have been making bread two or three times a week. Steve has avery simple process for making the "No-Knead" bread. Over the last 40 years, I have made bread by hand, with a food processor, and with a bread machine. The bread machine is the easiest, but the quality is not as good as the breads I have made using Steve's Turbo technique. Turbo means making the bread in about 3 hours, instead of the 12-18 hours the "traditional" No-Knead Bread takes.I probably only spend 15-20 minutes actually mixing the dough, transfering into a bowl or pan for second proof, transfering into the baking vessel and moving in and out of the oven. The rest of the time is letting the dough proof (rise) and baking. He has made the steps few and easy. His organization and presentation make his videos enjoyable and educational. I highly recommend watching his video on the Turbo Bread method. Then, watch a few of his other videos. Even with some repetition of verbage, I learn something different from each one. If you get the Kindle version of his books, there are links that will take you to the videos! In the past two months, I have been making pizza dough almost every Thursday, using his book "Pizza Dough, Pizza, and Flatbread". He recently posted a new video updating his pizza technique. He also updates his books, which is an advantage of self-publishing. I believe that this particular book is the most comprehensive, covering all types of breads, rolls, pizza, and sweet rolls. You can also get his books on more specific breads and also the traditional No-Knead technique. Once you get the hang of it, you can substitute flours or add seeds, grains, or nuts. Being in control of your ingredients is a big plus. If you love bread with a chewy crumb and nice crust, this is the way to go. So far, I prefer using the cast iron dutch oven to bake a round loaf of bread. I use le Creuset 3 1/2 quart French(dutch oven) for the Country white bread and Multigrain breads. Nothing beats the aroma of bread baking in your own oven, in my opinion.

Surprisingly easy and good bread
I’d heard of no knead bread but never tried it out. I’ve baked bread the traditional way and with a bread maker so didn’t know what to expect with this process. I made the simple white bread that only has 4 ingredients and was blown away, both by how easy it was to make the bread and how tasty it was. If someone had told me it came from a bakery I would totally have believed it.

Simple-Quick-Delicious!
Steve should get some sort of award for inventing the "turbo technique" of bread making or at least a million dollars!!! This lessens the time commitment which for many is a big deterrent in bread making. And watch his You Tube videos to learn that you don't need the fancy expensive equipment so often portrayed online. His books have small valuable tips that will ensure your success. Thanks a million Steve.

easy to read
This Cook book is a easy read cook book. It does not have a lot of "extra" over the top information. Both my children have used it with success ages 11 and 7. If you watch the video that go with it, it helps enhance the book. Over all it is a nice introduction to no knead bread making. I have been bread making for over 30 yrs. and this method was easy and relaxed way of introducing bread making for my children.

Easiest artisan bread ever!
Saw Steve’s artesian bread videos on you tube and decided to get his book and try some recipes. I had never made homemade bread before. It always seemed to difficult for me as I am not great in the kitchen. Well, Steve’s recipes are so easy even young children could follow them. The greatest thing is ...THE BREADS ARE DELICIOUS. One of the round loafs I made, I hollowed out and filled with a spinach and cheese dip and served with veggies. It was a big hit. If you want yummy bread , made with no hassle and ready in about 3 hours, this is the book for you.😁

Wonderful Book
I have the paper back version in black and white. I'm so glad I purchased Steve's book. Love his easy-to-follow recipes. It's amazing to bake my own bread without having to use a bread machine or kitchen aid mixer, or having to worry if I kneaded the dough enough. Thanks, Steve!

Best bread making help ever!
This book and Steve's YouTube videos have taught me how to make bread without all the kneading fuss. I can't stand to put my hands into gooey stuff so I didn't think I would ever make bread. But Steve's No Knead method is great. I don't buy bread any more. I just whip up a loaf of his Turbo Bread when I need it.I wish I could put a photo here to show you all just how easy it is.Thank you Steve.

WORTH THE PRICE
Lovely and handy recipes, but difficult to navigate backwards and forwards. Otherwise, clear instructions and easy to handle, can recommend.

GREAT SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERFECT DELI RYE BREAD
Love the simple instructions and how easily can bake bread - I hate baking with yeast because of the kneading. Love the idea of stirring for a minutes. Let it rise and bake. Try the Garlic Cheese Bread and the Deli Rye bread my favourites.
