The item in it self came well packaged. Looks like a good chain. But did not fit my saw pole. Like it said for my model number. Had to return it and get the right one for my Dewalt 20V chain saw pole.

I bought it has a spare part and it appears to be the right chain replacement

I was surprised how difficult it is to find a replacement chain for my Dewalt pole saw. No stores sell it in my area, but the do sell the pole saw itself. I was very disappointed. I spent weeks trying to find a good fit. This chain is the Perfect fit for the Dewalt 8” pole saw. Good quality, good price, and will definitely be ordering again.

Speed of ordering and delivery good but package holding the chain itself was crushed. Hopefully no damage to chain.

Happiness is a sharp chain! Having arthritis, I struggle with my polesaw. But with a sharp chain, all the time I'm holding the chain to the tree is well spent, efficient cutting. I circled an easily felled an18" diameter White Pine tree as easily as with any chain saw.Definitely buy a spare or two, no telling when you'll pinch one and have to grind off a bent, smashed chain tooth or two.
