Hand Cleansing Sanitiser Foam, No Alcohol Foaming Hand Sanitizer Dispenser - Unscented - 500ml

I was looking for an alcohol free hand sanitizer as I have sensitive skin. I was pleased to get this one for half price. No irritation, no burning and no scent, which I prefer. Recommend.

Bought theses just a few weeks ago works ok good pump but noticed the container has split leaking foam everywhere need thicker container only twice a few times before this happened so no in my case not worth it

Follow the science on this product and ignore the reviews that claim it is water, that just isn't true.If you take the the time to look at the main ingredients for product, you'll discover it is disinfectant based and has all it needs to be antiviral and antibacterial.The safety sheet for the product clearly states:"Hand sanitiser. Effective against Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS- CoV-2) - the virus strain that causes Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Effective against the Ebola virus. Conforms to BS EN 1276. Effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus hirae after 5 minutes contact time. Effective against MRSA. Kills 99.999% of the bacteria after the prescribed contact time. Triclosan free. Halal approved product."The same goes for the test results which clearly state this has passed the test for providing effective killing of viruses including E-Coli and Covid-19. That's the science bit over...Have been using this foaming hand sanitiser for nearly a week now and have found it very kind to my hands, it is non-sticky and hasn't dried my skin out. The foam gives a good coverage over my hands and is easy to cover the whole area with one pump. It has no perfume and as it doesn't have the alcohol content it is non-flammable and you don't the strong alcohol fumes when using it, great for children.My hands have not been left all rough as they would normally be using alcohol based gel hand sanitisers. In these times were we are using hand sanitisers more often than we would have done in the past I have found that the alcohol based ones were damaging my hands and they were being left with rough skin on my knuckles, not ideal as would be using lots of hand cream to try and soften them.Using this foam non-alcohol based one has returned my hands back to normal. It is a little more expensive than the alcohol based ones but if you factor in the price of hand cream too then this works out more economical and less hassle. It is refillable so less plastic waste and the pump is much easier to use than ones with a flip lid.Thoroughly impressed and will be ordering a refill, I am converted!

Good product. The pricing needs correcting tho; the pack of 3 is more expensive than buying 3 independently (as at the time of my review).

I looked at the ingredients of this, expecting to see a high proportion of ethanol or alcohol, but all that’s listed is Lauryl Betaine (1-5%), Didecyl Dimethylammonium Chloride (<1%), Benzalkonium Chloride (<1%). Those ingredients meant nothing to me. It seems the first is a skin conditioner, the second an antiseptic/disinfectant similar to a cationic surfactant, the third a detergent that can be used as an antiseptic and preservative. So there.I can’t test the product’s antibacterial/antiviral properties for myself but, having researched the ingredients, am happy to accept that it works. The description is fairly convincing too.It comes out of the pump as a thin, fragrance-free foam that’s easy to apply and quickly absorbed. It isn’t remotely greasy or oily. I’d say it’s very similar to the foam used in hospital dispensers, possibly the same, and not remotely like the oily stuff used on cruise ships. I haven’t been using it long enough to know for sure how it might affect my skin but, so far, I’m pleased to say it has made no difference whatsoever.The Serenity sanitiser is a little pricey, compared with the Carex hand gel (70% ethanol) I’ve been buying, but is more pleasant to use, probably better for my skin and with a pump that makes it easier to dispense. I’ll be buying this from now on, especially since a 5l refill bottle is available.

Hand Sanitiser has become a very important thing in the recent months. Washing my hands with antibacterial hand wash and using antibacterial hand sanitisers has made my hands very dry and sensitive. I was therefore keen to try this Serenity Hygiene Antibacterial/Antiviral Hand Sanitiser.I have been using this for a while now and have found that it has not dried my hands out, as other antibacterial sanitisers do. I like how the sanitiser is a foam, one pump of foam is enough for both hands. It does not dry as quickly as alcohol based products but doesn't take much longer to dry. It does not have a scent, so there is no overpowering aroma. It isn’t sticky or feels like it has left a residue on your hands.I am very impressed with this and would carry on using this, when this bottle has run out.
