Democracy Women's Ab Solution Crop

I purchased these after hearing good things about this brand, but they were always so expensive. They had a price cut so I bought this pair and I am so happy I did. At first I thought they would be too small. I bought the size 10 and I’m between a 10 and 12. Once they got up past my rear end and hips, they were easy to button and I don’t have a small belly. Usually I have to suck it into button, but this was easy to button and the button is not digging into my stomach. The jeans are so flattering and take pounds off you, but at the same time they are extremely comfortable. I have not washed them yet but they have nice strong material and I don’t think I’m going to have a problem with that. I’m so glad I bought these. !

Most comfortable jeans I own. Bought 2 pairs (blue blue, gray camo) for an overseas trip and they were perfect! Reasonable price, flattering fit, held their shape, felt great. The gray camo is a cute neutral—I always get compliments. I wear them around the house too because they’re as comfy as sweatpants. They hit just above my ankle unrolled (I’m 5’7”).

The material on these is great- not too thin. Great stretch, but still holds it's shape. I am typically a size 10, but tend to be between a 10 or 8, so I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I'm 5'5" 145lbs for reference.

It does flatten the belly really well and is flattering. I am not fond of the thick elastic waistband but am getting more used to it. I guess I didn’t really need the assistance in the booty area because these make it look huge lol. I am hoping to find a pair with the mesh panels in front but with a normal waistband and no rear enhancements. They are true to size but very stretchy so if you want a snug fit or are losing weight, size down.

I've been wearing these jeans for years now, and I've always been satisfied. They do run a little big so size down. But they are so comfy and look nice!

I like these jeans and all the Democracy brand jeans I've owned. I own this pair in multiple colors/washes. They're super comfy, particularly at the waistband, but they're much slower to get baggy (like at the knees or bum) as you wear them than other stretchy jeans I own.A note on sizing- Amazon's pants size recommendations are usually pretty accurate for me, but for these jeans they suggest a size 8 and I've found the size 6 to fit very well. In general, I usually wear a 6 (or 28-29) on average in pants. My actual waist measurement is about 30" and my hip is 40"-41". I'm 5'2", about 140 lbs and relatively muscle-y in the thigh and calf. I'd say I have (sadly) only a modest amount of bum.For those that sew and/or know a bit about tailoring- like many people, I have to do sway-back adjustments on patterns. For ready to wear clothing, it's hard to find pants where the front rise isn't both too long and too shallowly cut, which creates that unattractive sag-fold-thingy at the front crotch. I've found democracy jeans to fit better in that regard than other brands.

Love the brand and design. Highly recommended if you like the stretchy jeans.

I got these to be a short jean for summer. I wasn't expecting the denim to be so lightweight or the fit to be so body-conscious. The cut is somewhere between a bermuda and a capri.The Blue color is nice and doesn't have the aggressive distressing that my other Absolutions have. There is slight fading on the front and back, but that's about it. The Blue is a happy color -- pleasant and not grungy.The most negative feature for me is that these fit at least a size smaller than other Absolution jeans. Even after returning the first pair and ordering a size up, the fit is still very snug and looks and feels like a legging. If the fabric were heavier weight, I would feel more comfortable that all my contours were being covered up but with the very thin fabric, everything really shows. The jeans fit at the waist -- lowish rise -- but are very snug everywhere else -- and with a small rise. It's almost like Petite sizing has been used instead of regular sizing.I took stars off for poor sizing and setting up the wrong expectations, even though the pant by itself is nice for the right person.

Keep in mind ordering a size down will fit perfectly! Sooooo comfortable, you may never buy another brand again!

These are my favourite! Color, fit, style and quality are all amazing. They are slightly soft and have a nice stretch. Honestly one of my favourite things in my wardrobe and they go with everything! Super flattering!

I love this brand and the style of these jeans but these are not a uk size 14 and to get the benefit of the ab control you need them to fit correctly
